Simpson Strong AC Adjustable Post Cap

The AC is designed to provide a secure connection between a beam and a post. This post cap is ideal for new or retrofit applications where structural support is needed. The AC features both minimum and maximum nailing patterns for different load options.

Installation

  • Fill all round holes for minimum load capacity. Fill all round and all triangular holes for maximum load capacity.
  • Use all specified fasteners; see General Notes.
  • Install all models in pairs to achieve allowable loads.
